Eddie Heyland
the King of Latex
Eddie is the owner of Balloon City USA and has been in the balloon industry for longer than he will admit. When asked how long he will only say over 25 years. He is also part of the team for Betallic Balloon Company as an educator, instructor and designer where his expertise is best demonstrated in visually impressive designs.
Julio Aguilar
Office Manager
Julio has been keeping the team together and running smooth for over 15 years which is no easy task for the 3 ring circus we call Balloon City USA. We call him Mr. Perfect! because he never makes mistakes!! Well almost never.
Mariana Blanco
Designer and Production
Mariana is our newest Balloon Crew member. She is a very talented and award winning designer and makes magic happen.
Barry Carpenter

Barry has been a part of Balloon City USA’s journey from the beginning, helping on large events when a little extra Manpower is needed.

David is an international student from Ecuador. He is a member of the honor society Phi Theta Kappa, and the Finance committee chairman for TEMM.
