This year’s New Years Eve parties were a little bit of a challenge for me. 3 days of set up combined with 3 days of the Flu! Lucky for me I had my “A team” balloon crew to rely on. Together we were able to install 14 events. Some were big and some were small but all were important. Most of our events were balloon drops! Meaning me climbing ladders up and down and up and down.

Welcome to my blog. For those of you that do not know me, I am Eddie Heyland. Also known as the King of Latex and owner of Balloon City USA. My company is one of the most successful balloon decorating companies in the Dallas metroplex. I have maintained a storefront delivery and decor business for more than 20 years. Using my high-energy persona, I have developed my own unique style of teaching. I use award winning expertise to demonstrate visually impressive designs in classroom settings.
Now that you know a little more about me, lets talk about my Blog. This blog is not only for balloon professionals or clients. It is also for everyone who is interested in knowing a little bit more about the Balloon Decor Industry. Sharing my videos and reading my blog, I want everybody to be able to enjoy their selves. There are two things I will focus on my blog, entertainment and education. Entertainment is of course the most important part of my blog. There is nothing worse than spending time reading or watching something boring.
